Jacob Green spent nearly three years in full-time rehabilitation after suffering a traumatic brain injury in college, ultimately applying the techniques he learned in “brain school” to work his way up from an entry- level position to an executive seat helping oversee 1,200 employees and a half billion dollar budget. As a change management expert, Jacob has worked with clients like FedEx, Mattel, Hyundai Capital, and many others. He has received numerous honors, including the National Caring Award and, the Orange County Human Relations Award, and he was the youngest recipient ever of the Gene Lentzner Humanitarian Award.
