Jacob Green spent nearly three years in full-time rehabilitation after suffering a traumatic brain injury in college, ultimately applying the techniques he learned in “brain school” to work his way up from an entry- level position to an executive seat helping oversee 1,200 employees and a half billion dollar budget. As a change management expert, Jacob has worked with clients like FedEx, Mattel, Hyundai Capital, and many others.
