You Need a Plan (2nd edition)

Justin Elrod

You need a plan. Whether you’re a new parent, a member of the growing sandwich generation, a boomer eyeing retirement, or one of the record number of eighty-year-olds in America, you crave the peace of mind that comes with being prepared. Not everyone needs the same plan or has the same reason for planning. But the sense of confidence that comes with having a plan is universal.

You Need a Plan is your starting point.

Justin Elrod, estate planning and elder law attorney, shows you how to protect your estate and your family from unnecessary costs, avoidable taxes, and high long-term care expenses. He condenses confusing legal principles into usable action steps and helps you avoid costly mistakes.

Take charge of your future. You Need a Plan gives you the tools you need to protect what you’ve worked for all your life and the people who matter most.
