Mihaela Maiug is a Selection and Recruitment Specialist at Europol (European Police Office). She previously worked for Coty Cosmetics, Philips Romania, and the European Chemical Agency in Helsinki, where she played a key role in the agency’s rapid personnel growth. Mihaela studied economics at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, has completed graduate work in Human Resources Management at the Law University in Bucharest and has an MBA in Service Excellence from Haaga-Helia University in Helsinki.
