The 4 Keys
You have a three-year business plan. You’re channeling all your energy into it. But while you’re hyperfocused on work, your health will deteriorate, your partner will leave you, your relationship with your kids will become toxic, and your business will suffer because everything else is falling apart. To achieve all your goals, you need to stop neglecting the stuff that happens outside the office.
The 4 Keys reveals how devoting equal time to work, body, relationships, and mindset will bring your life into balance. Drawing on his work with C-suite clients—and his own hard-learned lessons—business psychologist Andrew Sillitoe shows you how to:
- Implement a unique system that brings balance back to your life
- Achieve professional and personal goals with a ninety-day game plan
- Feel more energized, focused, and healthy
- And much more
Tackling the keys head-on will yield dramatic results. Commit yourself—and rebuild your life.
Press & Praise
I first heard Andrew speak about the concept of the 4 Keys at a conference in September 2017. His description of the challenge facing business owners of balancing the 4 key aspects of Business, Body, Relationships and Mindset in your life massively resonated as I was struggling with an ever-increasing workload, not spending enough quality time with family and friends, making excuses not to exercise and never switching off. I quickly undertook the Get Fit to Win online training course, joined the Facebook and Get Fit To Win mastermind (highly recommended for advice and encouragement) and set about setting daily, weekly and monthly targets to in each area of my life which included putting the smartphone in another room in the evenings (not easy!) , setting specific time aside at weekends for family time, call my parents at least once a week, exercise at home if I couldn't get to the gym, introducing myself to healthier diet and plant-based smoothies and even going for a walk at lunchtime just to unchain myself from the desk ... simple but effective. I can't recommend the '4 Keys' enough or thank Andrew for not only introducing me to the programme but also for providing constant support and encouragement along the way.
