Mindset for Mastery

Ryan Harris

Two voices in your head compete for attention. One says, “I am worthy. I am capable. I will succeed.” The other says, “I can’t. It’s too hard. The game is rigged against me.”

Everything the first voice tells you is true–if you have the courage to believe it.

Super Bowl Champion Ryan Harris, who endured nine surgeries over a ten-year career, knows how it feels to doubt yourself in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles. In Mindset for Mastery: An NFL Champion’s Guide to Reaching Your Greatness, he offers insights, inspiration, and practical tools to help you overcome your uncertainties and accomplish your goals. You’ll learn to:

  • Believe in yourself, even in the face of self-doubt and adversity
  • Visualize your objectives
  • Respond productively to failure
  • Celebrate every win

You can do it. You will do it. Mindset for Mastery shows you how.
